Order Processing
All products from Auntie and Eve Candle Co. are hand-poured in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During product launches, sales events, or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Warm Weather Shipping
To protect our candles and wax products from heat exposure during transit, orders may only ship Monday through Wednesday during warmer summer months.
This helps prevent packages from sitting in hot delivery trucks or warehouses over the weekend, which could affect the product.
We appreciate your understanding as we take extra care to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Auntie and Eve Candle Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Auntie and Eve Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Because our products are made with natural soy wax, minor cosmetic changes due to temperature fluctuations may occur during shipping but will not affect product performance.
