At Auntie and Eve Candle Co., every candle, wax melt, and room spray is hand-poured in small batches. Because our products are personal-use items, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have shipped.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preference

  • Opened or used products

  • Ordering the wrong item

We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Shipping Responsibility

Auntie and Eve Candle Co. is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
